SUMMARY:SUMMER QUEST KIDS' PROGRAM
DESCRIPTION:Kids ages 2-11 can come to the Meyersdale Library on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for an “Adventure Begins at Your Library” themed program! There will be stories\, games\, guest presenters and more. Smokey the Bear will even be there on July 19! Registration is required at the library and children 5 and under must attend with an adult. The final program will feature a picnic sponsored by Somerset Trust.

DESCRIPTION:The fun-filled festivities continue at our second annual event\, spotlighting another great trail within the Somerset community!\nCome in costume\, and bring your wings\, brooms\, or walking shoes! The event will feature activities along a portion of the Penn Highlands College trail.\nTreats on the Trail 2024\nPenn Highlands College Trail\n6024 Glades Pike\, Somerset\, PA 15501\nOctober 19\, 2024\n10 AM-2 PM\nParking is available at DeVilbiss and Somerset County Tech Center with shuttles running to and from the trail.\nFree entry. Fun for all ages!\nLeashed pets are welcome. Please clean up after your pet!\n_______________\nThis year we are including a 5k Run/Walk the morning of the event! Runners will start at 8:00 am and walkers at 8:01 am at Penn Highlands College. The entry fee is $30 for both pre-registered entries and race-day entries.
