Saint Francis SBDC and Somerset Trust Company are hosting a pre-business planning webinar on Wednesday, March 27th at 5 pm.  This free webinar is for people who are interested in opening and operating their own business.  Topics will be: feasibility issues, marketing, recordkeeping, business plans, legal issues, regulations, taxes and financing.  Pre-registration is requested by
