The Mountain Playhouse has been producing live, professional theater with Equity actors in the Laurel Highlands since 1939. Matinee and evening performances are offered June – October. The theater is climate-controlled and handicap accessible.

The Somerset County Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting this region as a superior locale in which to live, work, vacation and conduct business.
