PATRIOT PARK FOUNDATION
Patriot Park Foundation is having a fundraiser for major capital improvements. These include paving the entrance road, enhancing walkways with pavers, and creating the Timeline Trail. The goal is to raise $200,000. While that may sound substantial, it pales in comparison to the sacrifices made by our military and their families. An anonymous sponsor pledged a

SANTA COMES TO TOWN
On Saturday December 23, Santa will arrive on the firetruck in Lavansville at 4 pm. From there he will go through Bakersville. He will then go to the Bakersville Firehall for pictures and cookies from 5 pm till 6 pm. The event is free and open to the public.
